Where control sits

Two things are worth knowing before you treat this chain like a neutral public network.

The fraud-proof system runs behind a validator whitelist, so L2Beat does not categorise Robinhood Chain as a rollup. It is listed under “other”, with closed proofs given as the reason.

The chain also runs Arbitrum’s optional transaction filtering, which is off by default on Orbit chains. With it enabled, an authorised party can register a transaction hash so the chain fails it, including transactions submitted through the force-inclusion path that normally protects users against a censoring sequencer. Robinhood separately states that it screens at the sequencer level. For a regulated broker these are deliberate compliance controls. They also mean the standard layer-2 censorship guarantee does not apply here.

Bridging

The canonical route on and off the chain is the Arbitrum bridge portal, which Robinhood links from its own documentation. Deposits from Ethereum land in roughly ten minutes. Withdrawals back to Ethereum take about a week and then need a claim transaction on Ethereum itself.

Reach the bridge through Robinhood’s documentation rather than a search result, and send a small test amount before anything meaningful. Our guide to spotting fake sites explains why fake bridges are as common as fake explorers.
